Laboratory water quality chemical oxygen demand (COD) testing includes reflux titration and rapid digestion spectrophotometry. Reflux titration is complex and cumbersome, requiring highly skilled operators, and water sample testing and recording are tedious.

The fully automated COD water quality analyzer, launched by Zhongke Teken, is a fully automated laboratory analytical instrument based on the rapid digestion spectrophotometric method. It meets the requirements of "HJ/T399-2007 Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water - Rapid Digestion Spectrophotometric Method" and has significant advantages such as simple operation, reagent saving, and low toxic waste. It can be applied to integrated discharge, agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, and public health fields.

  • The instrument has internal digestion, cooling, cap opening/closing, and mixing areas. A robotic arm moves the digestion tube. During analysis, the operator simply places the water sample at the autosampler, sets the sample information in the software, and the instrument automatically adds the sample, mixes, heats, cools, and detects.
