1. Complete resistance to chemical corrosion: The pump head design and composite PTFE coating allow for non-standard customization of PTFE/ETFE/ECTFE materials for parts in contact with gas, meeting diverse user needs; electrical switches, transmission structures, circuits, fastening screws, and housings undergo corrosion-resistant treatment, making them perfectly suited for corrosive environments.

2. Work stably and continuously: The waterless and oil-free 100% maintenance-free dry pump design eliminates the need for users to perform regular cleaning, pipe replacement, water changes, or other maintenance; the operating temperature range is from 5 to 40°C, covering a wide range of application scenarios.

3. Integrated structure, safe operation, low noise and low vibration: The compact design and robust structure feature an integrated concealed carrying handle; the direct drive of the electric motor, combined with the low-stroke and low-noise characteristics of the diaphragm, allows the product noise to be controlled below 45dB.

4. Overheat protection: All units are equipped with a temperature protection switch. When the internal temperature of the machine is too high, it will automatically stop and restart after the temperature has cooled down, ensuring the stability and safety of the system.

5. Excellent environmental performance: Compared with rotary vane oil pumps, it does not produce oil mist that pollutes the environment, nor does it produce polluting waste pump oil; compared with water-circulating air pumps, it has a stable vacuum, saves a lot of water resources, and eliminates the risk of slow exhaust gas overflow.

6. Adaptability to multiple functional modules: It can be equipped with corrosion-resistant vacuum pressure filters and other accessories, which can not only prevent solid impurities from entering the pump cavity, but also adjust the appropriate vacuum level.
