TK- 1000 Fully Automatic Intelligent Distillation Instrument

I. Equipment Requirements:

The TK- 1000 fully automatic intelligent distillation apparatus is a commonly used and crucial pretreatment application for sample testing. Widely used in laboratories at all levels, it employs microcomputer control, enabling the entire distillation process to proceed without manual intervention. A far-infrared ceramic heating device replaces a high-power electric heater, and intelligent distillation endpoint control achieves the goals of simple operation, automatic distillation, aesthetic appeal, practicality, and energy saving. It is widely applicable to the distillation of volatile phenols, cyanides, ammonia nitrogen, etc., from water samples in environmental monitoring, water supply and drainage, and disease prevention and control centers; as well as the distillation of sulfur dioxide residues, formaldehyde, alcohol content, etc., in the food testing field; and features online cleaning of condenser lines.

1. It requires no less than six operating modes, with standard parts sealed connections to prevent leakage, capable of processing six samples simultaneously , and single-hole single-control capability to achieve timed and quantitative automatic distillation ;

4. The serpentine condenser features a double-layer vacuum design, resulting in fast distillation and no backflow during heating;

5. The condensate water source is automatically drained to inhibit bacterial growth and keep the condensate water source clean ;

6. Automatic anti-backflow , intelligent cleaning of distillate pipeline , and selectable receiving bottle ;
