I.Instrument Specification:

1. Standard configuration includes a 7-inch color touchscreen for parameter setting and control modes, offering intuitive and simple operation;

★ 2. The far-infrared ceramic heating module boasts excellent performance characteristics such as long service life, high electrothermal conversion efficiency, infrared radiation, and environmental friendliness and energy saving. It features an anti-dry-burning protection self-starting function, and the anti-dry-burning temperature threshold can be set arbitrarily to prevent dry burning of the container without liquid. The surface is treated with Teflon, providing strong resistance to acids and corrosion.

3. A six-unit distillation system, individually controllable, capable of distilling six samples simultaneously, with both heating power and time freely adjustable:

4. Circulating cooling water source, no external tap water required, temperature can be set arbitrarily (10~30)°C, constant condensation;

5. The 500ml Erlenmeyer flask with insert and the reflux condenser meet the national standard specifications.

★ 6. High-precision flow control for nitrogen gas source, imported rotor flow meter, six units, single-hole adjustment possible, no interference between units.

7. Automatic heating timer, with customizable time settings . Heating automatically stops and the main gas supply is cut off after the set time is reached. The gas supply delay time can be designed from 1 to 999 minutes .

★ 8. Internal constant air supply and stable flow module to ensure constant air supply for purging, and that the flow of each branch does not interfere with each other 

Ⅱ. Parameter Requirements:

★ 1. The heating unit adopts far-infrared ceramic heating technology, and the heating rate is stable and controllable;
2. Digestion unit: 6 positions, each of which can be individually controlled;
★ 3. Nitrogen flow rate in heating state: 5-10mL/min; nitrogen flow rate in cooling state: 30-40mL/min, with 2 high-precision nitrogen flow meters per channel, which automatically switch the flow rate according to the program.

★ 4. Digestion time is controlled by computer program and can be set freely. It can automatically stop after digestion.
5. Water cooling method, equipped with a chiller.
★ 6. The main unit is equipped with nitrogen delay shutdown function (delay time can be set arbitrarily from 1 to 999) to prevent the absorption liquid from being drawn back after heating.
